Savory Breakfast Pancakes

Ingredients:
½ cup almond flour
½ cup tapioca flour
1 cup coconut milk
½ teaspoon chili powder
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
½ red onion, chopped
1 handful cilantro leaves, chopped
½ inch ginger, grated
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients until well-combined.
2. Heat a pan on low medium heat and grease with oil.
3. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the pan and spread the mixture to create a pancake.
4. Fry for 3 minutes per side.
5. Repeat until the batter is done.
