Crispy Chicken Fingers

Ingredients:
2/3 cup almond meal
½ teaspoon ground turmeric
½ teaspoon red pepper cayenne
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 egg
1-pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a substantial baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a shallow dish, beat the egg.
3. In another shallow dish, mix together almond meal and spices.
4. Coat each chicken strip with egg after which roll into spice mixture evenly.
5. Arrange the chicken strips onto prepared baking sheet in the single layer.
6. Bake for approximately 16-18 minutes.
