Cucumber Bites

Ingredients:
½ cup prepared hummus
2 teaspoons nutritional yeast
¼-½ teaspoon ground turmeric
Pinch of red pepper cayenne
Pinch of salt
1 cucumber, cut diagonally into ¼-½-inch thick slices
1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
Fresh mint leaves, for garnishing

Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix together hummus, turmeric, cayenne and salt.
2. Transfer the hummus mixture in the pastry bag and pipe on each cucumber slice.
3. Serve while using garnishing of sesame seeds and mint leaves.
