Spiced Popcorn

Servings: 2-3

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons coconut oil
½ cup popping corn
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Salt, to taste

Directions:
1. In a pan, melt coconut oil on medium-high heat.
2. Add popping corn and cover the pan tightly.
3. Cook, shaking the pan occasionally for around 1-2 minutes or till corn kernels begin to pop.
4. Remove from heat and transfer right into a large heatproof bowl.
5. Add essential olive oil and spices and mix well.
6. Serve immediately
