Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients:
1 ½ cups Rolled Oats, whole-grain
2 Eggs, large & pastured
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 Banana, ripe
2 tbsp. Water
¼ cup Maple Syrup
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions:
1. To make this delicious breakfast dish, you need to first blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender for a minute or two or until you get a smooth batter. Tip: To blend easily, pour egg, banana, and all other liquid ingredients first and finally add oats at the end.

2. Now, take a large skillet and heat it over medium-low heat.

3. Once the skillet is hot, ¼ cup of the batter into it and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes per side or until bubbles start appearing in the middle portion.

4. Turn the pancake and cook the other side also.

5. Serve warm.

Tip: You can pair it with maple syrup and fruits.
