Roasted Almonds

Ingredients:
2 cups whole almonds
1 tablespoon chili powder
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon ground coriander
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon extra-virgin organic olive oil

directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking dish with a parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, add all ingredients and toss to coat well.
3. Transfer the almond mixture into prepared baking dish in a single layer.
4. Roast for around 10 minutes, flipping twice inside the middle way.
5. Remove from oven and make aside to cool down the completely before serving.
6. You can preserve these roasted almonds in airtight jar.
