Roasted Pumpkin Seeds


 

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Servings: 4

Ingredients:
1 cup pumpkin seeds, washed and dried
2 teaspoons garam masala
1/3 teaspoon red chili powder
¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
Salt, to taste
3 tablespoons coconut oil, meted
½ tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a bowl, add all ingredients except lemon juice and toss to coat well.
3. Transfer the almond mixture right into a baking sheet.
4. Roast approximately twenty or so minutes, flipping occasionally.
5. Remove from oven and make aside to cool completely before serving.
6. Drizzle with freshly squeezed lemon juice and serve.
